This course will provide insight into how to lead and manage a narcissist. It will cover topics such as understanding the traits of narcissism, recognizing manipulative behavior, and developing strategies for dealing with a narcissistic leader.
The course will begin by introducing the concept of narcissism and its associated traits, such as grandiosity, entitlement, and lack of empathy. Participants will learn to identify the signs of narcissism in a leader and understand the effects of narcissistic behavior on the workplace. Participants will learn to avoid enabling narcissistic behavior and recognize when to engage in the intervention. We will also discuss how to develop strategies for dealing with a narcissistic leader and how to maintain team morale in the face of difficult situations.
